Subscription & Refund Policy

1. Billing cycle

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through Stripe. The billing cycle (monthly or annual) is disclosed on the checkout page before you confirm payment. The cycle starts on the day you subscribe and renews on the same calendar day each period.

2. Auto-renewal — clear and conspicuous disclosure

Your paid subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current price, charged to the payment method on file, until you cancel. We will send a renewal reminder email before any annual renewal. By subscribing you authorize ForkD LLC and Stripe to charge your payment method on each renewal date.

3. How to cancel

You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from the billing section of your account, or by emailing support@forkdme.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period — you keep access until then. There is no early-termination fee.

4. Refund window

• First-time subscribers — you may request a full refund within fourteen (14) days of your initial paid subscription, for any reason.
• Renewals — refunds on renewal charges are issued on a prorated basis for the unused portion of the billing period if you contact us within fourteen (14) days of the renewal date. Charges older than fourteen days are generally non-refundable.
• One-time purchases — marketplace purchases follow the Marketplace & Co-Founder Escrow Terms.
• Refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.

5. Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please contact us first at support@forkdme.com. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any pending payouts, on-chain license credits, or marketplace listings, pending resolution of the dispute.

6. Price changes

We may change subscription prices for future billing periods. Price increases will be announced at least thirty (30) days before they take effect. You can cancel before the new price applies.

7. Minimum age

You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to purchase or hold a paid subscription. Subscriptions opened by under-18 accounts are refundable in full on request and will be cancelled.

8. Service providers in the billing flow

Subscription billing and refunds touch the following processors: Stripe (payment processing, subscription state, refund issuance), MongoDB (subscription and entitlement records), Resend (billing receipts and renewal reminders), web-push providers (renewal and dunning notifications), Twilio (Guardian phone verification used to gate high-tier accounts), Privy and the Solana / Guardian Anchor program (paid-tier on-chain license PDA), the ForkD marketplace backend at forkdme.com (entitlements and billing dashboard), and the underlying delivery surfaces — OpenRouter (Claude), Expo / EAS, Expo Snack, and Cloudinary — that the paid product gives you access to. 9. Governing law

This Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi, USA.
